Christmas paper creches were found everywhere in the '50s, '60s and '70s, from bookshops to penny stores, and were often used as Christmas greetings cards. They can still be found today although they are no longer popular. Here is one example of a fold out one that you may enlarge, print on card stock and assemble yourselves.
