Open House Athens (part II)

After visiting Angeliki Hatzimichali building/house/museum, I left Plaka for Kolonaki, just across Syntagma Square.
Another emotional visit, this time to the premisses of the Coco-Mat Hotel Athens.
We have spent 15 years building the firm in our home town and I am every inch proud of having worked with them.  A great Greek firm with branches all over Europe, the States and Asia, see more here.

The former ” block Z . Lorentzatos ” built in 1935. It was renovated in 2015 by Elastic Architects and today operates as a hotel .

Love the way they have mixed shade and privacy with such a simple and classic system of moving doors to the left and right at will.

The Coco-Mat shop sits on the basement and ground floor.

The New York apartment bathroom

A great place to sit and dine, with friendly staff and all natural products.

Hope to see you soon!

xoxo
