Amanda Seyfried's new home

Amanda Seyfried is the young star of romantic and family movies like Mamma Mia! The Movie and Letters to Juliet(yet to be seen in this part of the world!).

And this is her new home. the quintessential New York condo, just out of a film set.
Situated in Greenwich Village, Devonshire House was built in 1928 and completely refurbished by uber-chic Parson's graduate Victoria Hagan.

A little too grown up, perhaps? We'll have to wait and see how she personalises it.
Will Ms. Hagan combine Amanda's bubbly side,

with the intellectual one, and the neighborhood's upper class bohemian chic? It remains to be seen.
Nice buy, Amanda. I hope you enjoy it!

love, Irene
