I have come across some lovely ideas for our traditional Christmas evergreens.

And they all involve keeping them alive in a glass or jar. Just like flowers.

 Isn't that lovely?

 

Also saves entire trees from being chopped, and they're so decorative and easier to handle.

"Santa is packing the first presents in his village" read the titles of the morning news today.

Christmas may have happend in the Middle East, but its soul lies in the North. 

That is where our ancestral European traditions take me every year, and this year more than any other.
